Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs

  • United Kingdom: £5+ (for parcels over 1kg, shipping costs may increase)
  • Europe: £10+ (for parcels over 1kg, shipping costs may increase)
  • Middle East: £20+ (for parcels over 1kg, shipping costs may increase)

Shipping charges are based on parcel weight, size, and destination. Additional charges may apply to heavier parcels.

Delivery Times

  • Orders may take up to 30 days to arrive.
  • If an item is currently in stock within the United Kingdom, delivery is typically up to 10 working days.

If you would like to know whether an item is being dispatched directly from our UK stock or whether we are awaiting an international shipment before dispatching your order, please contact us before placing your order. We will be happy to provide an estimated delivery timeframe so you know what to expect.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Important Information

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. Shush Luxury cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.
  • If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 5 working days of the delivery date so that we can investigate the matter.

Orders Not Delivered

Please allow up to 30 days for your order to arrive.

If your order has not been delivered after 30 days, please contact us and we will investigate the matter. If your claim complies with our Refund Policy, Terms & Conditions, and all applicable requirements, a refund may be issued in accordance with our store policies.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.

Shush Luxury is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned and requires reshipment.

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.

Shush Luxury is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding any shipping-related claims. We will provide proof of postage and any available shipping information where reasonably required.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
