Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Shush Luxury, we want you to shop with confidence. If you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return and exchange period from the date your order is delivered.

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Be unused by you, and unwashed.
  • Be in their original packaging with all tags, seals, and accessories intact.
  • Be free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, stains, odours, pet hair, or any other signs of use.
  • Be returned in a resellable condition with no damage, marks, or imperfections.

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these requirements.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Requests

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us within the 14-day return period. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Lost, Delayed or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier. Shush Luxury is not responsible for parcels that are lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged during transit.

If your parcel is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to submit a claim. We will provide proof of postage and any relevant shipping information to assist with your claim where possible.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued by Shush Luxury for parcels lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
